To sign up for the first time, click the Rewards button at the bottom of your screen. Then enter your email address and click Get Started. You’ll receive a verification email with a link to get signed in.

• Click the Rewards button at the bottom of the screen and then click Earn Points to view all earning options.

• Your points can be redeemed for different types of coupons that can then be used at checkout.

Orders paid for with rewards are subject to the same Return and Refund Policy as other purchases. For orders placed on or after September 23, 2026, we do not accept change-of-mind or flavor-preference returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact service@melindes.com. If our team approves a refund or another resolution, we will explain any adjustments to your points or rewards.

No. Rewards points are only valid for purchases made on melindes.com and cannot be applied to orders placed through Faire, wholesale accounts, or any third-party platforms.
